Matt is a graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College near Cleveland, Ohio and is also certified through the NSCA as a strength and conditioning specialist and the USAW as a sport performance coach. In his time training Matt has worked with individuals from all walks of life from youth athletes to your everyday working man or woman. While at BW Matt ran hurdles and threw javelin and during this time learned the power of bettering yourself whether it be losing 5 pounds or setting a new personal record in whatever it is you look to achieve.
